Unfortunely, I happen to be cared enough to go into a bit more detail to know what they both propose. Yes, there are lots of shared common ideas/policies, but there are also lots of differences.

In addition, if you think anyone's plan will be the actual plan is simply unrealistic. At this stage, all they can do is outline what they want to push through. Remember there are still congress.....
