People who pay tax should vote. Because the tax payer should decide what they spend for their money. I know I hurt some people's feeling again. But think about it. It didn't make any sense to let people who didn't pay taxes to decide how to spend someone else's money. This is not about racism. Of course it is not about equal right, neither.
