电脑主机所有的USB接口都不管用了……怎么办？？？

晚上电脑自动下载windows update，然后重启安装后，就发现所有和USB接口连接的设备都不管用了。打印机、鼠标、摄像头统统不管用。

我试了hardware里的device manager，然后打开窗口去了Universal Serial Bus controllers，点属性后，里面什么都没有，估计是电脑安装了SP2以后和USB接口设备不兼容？还是什么原因？？？

还请各位高手指教！！！急啊！！！

（此外，我看了windows帮助，说If your host controller is not supported, you might be able to gain USB functionality by installing an updated driver from the manufacturer.可是我不太懂这个，还有其他办法解决吗？多谢了？）

对了，我电脑是2004年夏天买的，emachine，是不是该淘汰换一个新电脑了？
