There are SOME blacks have those shortcomings, so do SOME Chinese, some whiteys, some Indians, etc. What's your point? There are humans first, blacks second. They have all the shortcomings humans have. By the way, for those of you, who love to conclude blacks this, foreigner that, how many black people do you know?
