我是不是没事找事，无事生非？

我现在上班的公司很小，老板人很客气。隔壁15 钟的路程有个公司贴了广告，要个小经理给很多钱。我联系了他们，他们要我在指定时间赶去面试。看在钱的分上，我跟老板撒了谎留出去2个小时去那个公司面试。

赶到那里，那个老板说，他不要经理了，只想要个助理。因为小经理嫌工作时间不好，威逼辞职，现在又想留下来了。 老伴允许他暂时晚上班3个月，让助理顶他。3个月后他还要按老时间上早班。 小经理同意了。那个混蛋老板问我，愿不愿意做小助理。 我气昏了头，分明是拿我的面试吓唬小经理， 可恋我倒霉， 请假撒谎还浪费汽油遭受侮辱 - 我干吗要给小经理做助理不要现在的工作？ - 真是操他老妈祖宗八代啊。

小经理还单独面试我。 印度人的模样，结果他说他是印尼人。问我是不是中国人，年龄多大， 来美国几年。还问我家里有没有开中国餐馆的背景。我说不想扯这些。希望他给我谈谈他们的工作情况，没有事情的话我就走了。这个小混蛋居然说，我不回答他的问题，3个月后他不会推荐我顶替他的位置。一幅他比我高贵万倍的样子。我看他那尿样不敢想象他老板广告上的薪水数字会是真的。

我真的恼火起来，忍无可忍，吼了起来：你住嘴，我不想要你的工作。你他妈的问题违法美国平权法规，我可以告你告你们公司。这个说完，这家伙果然立刻老实起来，对我也可气了很多。我立刻回公司上班去了。

本来想立刻写信告诉他们人事科的，后来忙了也就算了。 结果他们人事科今天回信假客气的谢我回绝我。我一气之下， 就回信如下：

Thank you to let me know about this. I am doing well with my current position.

However, the interview was a disappointment to me. I felt it was very inappropriate that XXXX inquired me during the interview about my age and my nationality which violates EEOC's legal regulations. His comments about my ethnic background was also offensive and inappropriate. I don't plan to go any further than this, but this kind of unprofessional behavior should stop to be respectful to applicants and also to protect your company's image and interest.
