请教各位，如何提高英语写作水平啊？

现在每次做assignment时，看着自己满篇破英语就发愁，怪不得每次分都不高。想想自己毕业后，写个简历都困难，还怎么在这里混啊。。。请问各位前辈是如何提高自己的英语写作水平的？想通过写英语日记来锻炼，但又觉得是盲人骑瞎马。。。哎。。。烦死了
