As you pointed, the key is whether Terri wants to live or not. How could a judge based on other people's saying decide that was her wish? Whichever says right now is always a hearsay. There is no proof. Terri's parents and friends testified that they never heard such things. All the people outside the hospice and the congress want to do is to give Terri a fair chance by moving the case into federal court and let the judge review the evidence one more time before deciding. I think that is the fair thing to do.
