Save Terri

This is so sad. I cannot believe those liberal judges and the evil Schiavo family is trying to kill a person so legally and so deliberately.
The Schindler's only wants the judge to maintain Terri's life support while reviewing new medical evidences that suggest Terri is not yet into vegetation state. That's what the congress wants and Jeb Bush is fighting for. Nobody wants to invade family privacy and nobody wants to interpret right-to-die otherwise. The evil judges refused. Greer said he didn't want to hear the new evidences. This is the same judge who won his job by leading opponents with fewer than 2000 votes. This is the same judge who got kicked out his own church for being too liberal.
Let's face it. Micheal Schiavo has his own reasons for not getting a divorce but letting Terri die. A Catholic, who already has a girl friend and two children, even with a divorce he still needs to support Terri's recovery. According to people who know him, including Terri's long time nurse, Micheal said so many times publicly that he wanted Terri to die. Words have been used such as "this is dragging too long","why the ***** hasn't died","I cannot wait to get rich when Terri dies". Since 1994 he cut off all the recovery needs for Terri. There is no TV, no radio, no speech therapist. How could Terri recover?
Many people testified in CNN, Larry King's show, that they also went to a coma state for as long as 16 years, and eventually recovered. These people were on life-support, which could cost tax-payers' over half million dollars a day. What Terri needs is just a feeding tube.
Besides, Mayo Clinic as an unbiased third party, gave a 90 minute interview on Terri and concluded that she was not in vegetation state but minimal conscious. Study showed that 43% such cases were actually misdiagonosed. Judges in Florida circuit court as well as Atlanta federal court did not want to hear that. Their evidence is what Micheal told them: Terri said she didn't want to live on life support. It's hearsay evidence and there is no proof Terri said that and what Terri really wants right now.
I am just so afraid that a judge can abuse his power to subject a person to die. Anybody goes into that hospice to kill Terri right now will be in no doubt charged with first degree murder. However, the judge can do that legally, despite the legislation from the congress, appeals from Jeb Bush and the president. In Florida starving a dog is against law and a human's life can be terminated so legally.
The supreme court did the right thing not taking the case since this is totally a state matter and the government should not impose a law on the state. It is Judge Greer and Judge Whittimore who are so liberal to kill a person within their power.
Anytime a human's life is determined by a judge is not only wrong but dangerous.
