Health insurance plan

Next year my employer will not offer PPO anymore. They will offer several basic alternatives with less selections and services. First time I must contribute a portion towards the total cost. Besides the possibility that the business of my employer is going down, dramatic rising cost of future plan might be the major cause.

 

I am worried.
