For non-allergic reaction, over the counter ibulprofen will work.

Allergic reaction usually will not happen after the first sting, because the body will need to first develop antibody to trigger severe allergic reaction.  Therefore further sting in future should be closely monitored.

If you do develop varying allergic reactions in future, prescription antihistamine is needed. In severe cases, you need to call 911 for immediate assistance.
