About iTalkBB

Does anyone have experience with iTalkBB? How long time will you receive the phone adapter?

I ordered iTalkBB 10 days ago, and with basic service. Until now, 10 days late, I still have not received the phone adapter. During these 10 days, I've called iTallBB customer service few times, both Chinese and English, the agent always said they would make it Urgent case and promise would ship the adapter in 24 hours. Is this the normal happening?
