在 Google Voice 里，把那个800号码一点（Block），那个号码就永远打不进来了。

To counter that, most debt collectors have more than one numbers to call out with.

Still, they don't have unlimited numbers. Once you blocked several of their main numbers, it would be very hard for them to be able to ring your number again.
