It's just a show. It's reality TV, not reality. The "pig head" host is part of the show. The sharp HG girl is part of the show. All those bullshit hiring "CXOs" are part of the show... In real life, no exes from high caliber companies would waste time sitting there week after week to find "talents." And in real life,the little HG girl certainly wouldn't talk to her job interviewers with that attitude.It's just a S-H-O-W. Everybody was selling something hard and everybody is a winner. The CXOs have made their companies more heard of and the HG girl will land a big job after the slam-dunk performance. Even the pig head should have made his boss happy.It seems that his stupidity has been selling the show well :D
