谁能帮助证明一下这照片是不是今年的？

因为前几天在SF看到工人爬到市府广场的梯子上在砍数枝。砍完的树光秃秃的但是别有特色. 我还纳闷那些树枝若是年年都要砍的话，它们岂不是长得很快？
