on financila assistantship and scholarship.  There are many undergraduate students here in the last 2-3 years who are well off, because US relaxed the visa restrictions.  Most students in China still choose US as the #1 destination.  The reason they went to Australia and Europe is that it was difficult to get visas to come to US.  Since this is no longer the problem, I suspect more and more students will continue to come to US and therefore fewer go to Australia and Europe.
