三轮车拖拉机街上跑的多，又没告诉公路，虽然没
限速，但小腿使劲登踩也踩不到８０码。。。
于是很明显了，车太多造成的，应该回归自然，
大力提倡自行车手推车，速度都降到１０码以内，
保证交通事故减少９０％以上
