德国很自私的，但是这也是咎由自取。

早他们应该拉兄弟一把，他不做。所以这就是下场。

中国要权衡利弊来决定要不救助。这些救助都是在符合自己利益的基础上的。没有什么国际主义援助这类字眼儿了。所以，看看这次的机会中国能不能抓好。
