Help me, Thanks!

I had my tooth removed a few month ago, and I already paid for all the cost including the post and crown. I suppose to see the doctor and get the post done on Sep 7th.  However, I'm moving to another state ( far far away) on the 9th, so I will not be able to come back get the crown.  My options:

1, get the post here and do the rest in the new state.  I will only need to pay the crown and labor.  concern: if anything wrong related to the post in the future, I'm afraid the new Dr is going to charge me every time I see him.  

2, just bring the post and crown ( maybe just post, since I havn't done the crown mold yet) and find a Dr in the new state, let hime do everything and pay everything again.  Concern: Ihave to  pay a lot more. 

My appointment is on Wednesday, I don't know what to do.  Please help me!  Thanks!!!
