GIMP.功能异常强大，尤其可以下载很多plug-in，很接近photoshop 90%的功能。苹果和Windows都支持。

Noiseware community edition. 这个去噪程序等同于photoshop里内置，唯一的限制就是一次一张图。

 

以上2者比photoshop差的地方是只支持8-bit，photoshop支持16-bit，不过估计对你和绝大多数人不是个问题。

如果你要处理DSLR的RAW file, DCRaw/UFRaw之类的开源Raw converter支持GIMP。安装完后是一格整体，在一格大界面下。
