中介公司的ＥＢ－5项目有很多：有酒店的，有类似于养老公寓的， 还有广告公司的，都说名额有限，承诺5年还本，全家绿卡，无需移民监。

想请教在美人士：
第一：这种方式可靠吗？什么项目最安全？
第二：五年会返还吗？ 如果不能返还，如何维权？
