while the poor hate GOP. so as long as the non-redneck poor people have the enough proportion in the total population, GOP won't be so easy to win.
and the tendency is, non-redneck poor people (mainly Hispanic and AA) population is steadily growing, so GOP gotta do something if they wanna keep their privileges.
