既然你已经桶到HR，你老板以后也不会对你好到哪里

1。自己离开
2。问一下外面lawyer，看赢官司的可能性多大
3。在那里待下去，但不要指望提升，只是拿钱做事
   一般你去HR告过，公司不敢轻易裁你。
