长话短说，你不用开公司，况且现在开公司也太晚了，对报去年的睡没用，只能明年抱税用。
你要有证明你现在是自股或从事自股职业的证明。并且把REVENUE做负，就能退睡。常用方法有：lease车，interest on mortgage, partial utility bill (internet,electricity, telephone,etc) if you claim that you are use your house as your office, reasonable restaurant bills, gift card bills etc......
