首先我觉得英国凭什么允许犹太人在巴勒斯坦建国。这件事应该由当时当地巴勒斯坦居民决定。英国托管巴勒斯坦就觉得自己是主子？
其次，以色列要立法要求公民宣誓忠于犹太-民主。那不是犹太人的以色列公民怎么办？这已经违背了 Balfour Declaration 中的条件：“it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine”
