记录狗叫的次数，频率。出现在公共场所的次数，有没有吓到人，尤其小孩或老人。是否到处pp,pp. If you think it's unbearable, show to the board. Well, find out whether the board members are dog lovers since it's their say whether it's noisy or offensive.
