Common sense:

When you don't have money to spend, cut your expenses!

Obama is surrounded by a bounch of tax cheaters and social losers. They firmly believe they have the answer to everything. They forget one thing: when no one takes risk, every one takes hand out, you are going to have to tax the hell of every one cut off hand-out. You go around around then come to the original point.
