情况：全新郊外的房，现住着，3500SF，现供不起了

Market price: $430,000
Mortgage loan: $460,000
Down payment: 120,000
Monthly mortgage: $2300 + $1000 Property Taxes


方案1：向银行提出short-sale; 这样会亏掉全部 downpayment

方案2：出租，希望能租到$2000,同时向银行要求LOAN MODIFICATION，如果成功，把Monthly PAYMENT 降到$1600左右，我每月贴进$600,等5年市场恢复后再卖掉，或再自住
