if a physician is considered incompetent and potentially poses a harm to patient or to the working environment, theoretically he has to be removed from his post. Anger control issue and violence tendency are a big deal here - might get you locked up in psych ward, because you can do harm to people - they said here DO NO HARM at least. Hospitals are liable to patients.
