Even the best doctors and the best hospitals - I mean Drs as human do make mistakes from time to time.

Useful evidence would be I guess 1) evidence they intentionally deviated from the standard of care 2) record of Wang's compliant stating such incidence 3) then Wang was fired afterward...... just my 2 cents
