My big puzzle

Fed spending is going up like crazy, 47% households will not pay fed tax this year, and our President promised that he would not raise tax on middle-class families (the mojority of the tax-paying 53%, I assume).

Then, where does the money the President has been genurously giving away come from? Robbing the 1% supper rich households?
