美国俄勒冈等9个州财务拉警报 恐步加州后尘 中新网

中新网11月12日电 一项最新政府研究指出，美国俄勒冈州、亚利桑那州、新泽西州、密西根州、佛罗里达州、伊利诺州、内华达州、罗德岛、威斯康辛州财务都拉警报，恐步上加州后尘。

　　据“中央社”报道，全球经济萧条等因素拖垮加州财政的新闻报导，美国民众记忆犹新，现却传出美国其它九个州也面临类似的财务窘境，可能步上加州后尘。

　　“皮尤政府研究中心”(Pew Center for theStates)11日公布的报告指出，俄勒冈州、亚利桑那州、新泽西州、密西根州、佛罗里达州、伊利诺州、内华达州、罗德岛、威斯康辛州财务都已亮起红灯，濒临爆发严重财务危机。

　　由于这九个州的人口加起来已经超过全美人口的三分之一，如果各州州长与立法机关不马上采取因应措施，后果将不堪设想。

　　报告中分析，这九个州的共同特点是失业率高、房子遭银行查封率高，而且州政府税收等财务来源都缩水10%以上。

　　如何抢救这些州的财务问题？报告中提到，增税、大幅裁撤州政府员工、减少州立机关上班时间等，都是可能采取的手段。
