江雪


千山鳥飛絕， 萬徑人蹤滅。
孤舟簑笠翁， 獨釣寒江雪。

 

          River-snow

A hundred mountains and no bird,

A thousand paths without a footprint;

A little boat, a bamboo cloak,

An old man fishing in the cold river-snow.

 

This is a very interesting translation without a verb in it.
