英语写作求助： 请大家过节之余给建议！

很长时间不来了，还看见很多老朋友，也看到了很多新朋友的ID。俺实在是太忙了。最近在准备一个考试，有一部分是英语的写作，非常头疼。

是这样要求的：

Writing tests will require that you write a problem-solving essay in 30mins. A problem-solving topic will present a problem and ask you to write about a possible solution.

买了一本综合复习书，关于写作很少，只给了这样的建议：

You will need to perform three tasks:
1) explain the problem and state a possible solution,
2)provide a counterexample where your solution runs into problems,
3)reconcile the counterexample with your solution.

自己的英语底子实在是太薄，对于这种写作，恳切地请大家给出建议，我应该怎样准备？

1， 我应该背一些什么样的套句？然后这样子就可以直接套上应用。
2， 我应该在平日里怎样准备这样的题目，句子？
3， 大家能不能给提一些问题，我自己再下面写一写，然后让大家给看看？
