i know this kind of things happen in China. the white skin and an American English can get them earn the easy money. from the story above, some people may draw the conclusion that Chinese management would like to make judgment by appearances rather than the truth. i think it is far more than this point. i think the conducts of the representatives and the hiring companies are business fraud. i'm pretty sure it's against the business ethics. does it break the law? should these people be charged with fraudulence? might be.
