struggle for power 为权力而去斗争
We should help those who are still struggling for liberation.我们应当帮助那些仍在为独立而斗争的人们。
struggle for life，为生存而竞争，我觉的飞鹰在诗中用的没有问题, 意思是通的

struggle against/with
前者是和...做斗争，和困难呀，问题呀
struggle with a problem/difficulties/
