It's easy for you to look strong, handsome and muscular again in your white bear fur coat and little gray fur cap with the simple exercise tips I have coined especially for you. So even though you're sitting down at your office all day daydreaming or rushing around here and there for housekeeping, I've got some good suggestions to help you flatten your belly and tone your muscles.


1. vigorous workouts. burn it off
All sorts of vigorous workouts are great for burning fat and calories, strengthen your muscle, and tone up your belly. Salsa, jogging, walking, sit-ups or crunches can help fight the flab. if you like Sit-ups, you need to build up a change by doing 10-15 sit-ups a day.
special suggestion: belly dancing would be particularly good for you bear.

remember: twist your body; stretch the muscle; burn your calories


2. take care of your posture
Dont just lie on the bed relaxing, or sit at river dreaming. To keep your figure solid you need to keep your back strong too. pls stand up straight and keep your back and stomach muscles taut.
Yoga is also great for toning all over your body because it involves in the breathing exercises. it can be a big help for your posture, and good posture leads to a flatter tum and a handsome bear.

remember: posture, posture, keeps your tummy flat.


3. i forget. im thinking. will tell you next year. it's about eating habits, like no sodas, chewing slowly, and so on. .
