Help!!!, for VOA news download tool

Hello, I download a tool from 美语世界 for downloading the VOA news special English from VOA news website. It is very very .......great and gave me lots of help. Today, I just found that it did not work. After pushed the button "download" and it quickly told me "done". But when I checked my folder, no any file there. Is there someone can give a help??? _:'(
