教主,俺不懂写作,就从语法上吹毛求疵吧:
1. typo: wrtten->written
2. "similar to get a driving license": I thought "to" here is a prep., if so, it should be followed by a noun or a gerund instead of a verb.
3. "The rule of obtaining diving license": you listed multiple items, maybe it should be "rules" here?
4. "PADI requires you fill...": maybe "PADI requires you to fill.."?
5. "teachers were busy in handling": maybe "teachers were busy handling"?
