A co-worker of mine told me a story. When she broke down at the work stress, her boss told her: “Take it easy. Say, if something happened, and you cannot come to work, the company will simply have your desk cleaned up and hire another person tomorrow. To the company, you are not indispensible; but you are irreplaceable to your family.”

There is some great insight in it. Think about it and take good care of yourself:)
