24x7x10 coupled with teaching, an effect learning for adults

To correct a word pronunciation, as an adult, we need to practice that word for 10 minutes every 24 hours for 7 days. After that, if we could teach other people how to correct that word, then we eventually internalize the correct pronunciation of that word.

I recast a popular learning doctrine for adult learning into correcting English pronunciation. One week a word, that's all I am doing.
