For public speaking, I do not have problem when I am well-prepared.

I have given a couple of very good talks on international conferences.

I use English most of the time, because my speed of typing Chinese is slow.

I came to Canada for my PhD years ago.

I watched a few DVDs on public speaking. They should be available in most local libraries.
