Likely, you must have a kind and generous heart to create a speaking club proper for fellow chinese to speak English. Within this special club, club members watch each other's pronounications, intonation, grammar and vocabularies. Since the club is organized for chinese, we know each other's needs, so the club program would be planned for the need of chinese English learners.

The public libraries around my place have program for chinese run by volunteers. One program is to tell a story both in chinese and english.

You might go to your public library and discuss your idea with librarians to get support from them on using the library as the meeting site, and post your flyer at your library, you should be able to find othet chinese fellows to join you.
