"and" here should pronounced without "d" to keep rhyme with the tune. Sometimes he did it right. When he sang, listen for "bloom and grow". It is the same problem for him to sang "meet me", there should be glottal stop. I am not feel confortable with his pronoucing "greet", he seems having a trouble to pronounce "gr" properly.

"homeland" should be stressed on "home". I don't like his pronounciation on "home" either.
