As an entry-level employer, xx has been assigned to the same load of heavy tasks as what only senior-level workers would usually do and appraised by the same high standards. Is this fair and square? And what’s more, since all the projects have been achieved on time, isn’t it contradictory to put that quality of the work is not satisfactory on the appraisal?
