Oral English is not just about pronounciation. It is also about how to express yourself clearly and how to describe things right in your own words.
To some extent, the latter is even more important than the former. To re-write or re-tell a story is a very active and effective way of learning, which tranforms other people's knowledge into your own.
I hope I could also do this, but it is always much easier said than done.
