You might want to practice "A /ei/" first. When you're more comfortable with it, then add a consonant to pronunce "Bay (/b/ + /ei/)", "Day /d/ + /ei/)", "Jay (/j/ + /ei/)", "May (/m/ + /ei/)", "Say (/s/ + /ei/)", "Way (/w/ + /ei/)" etc.
