Apparently, I guess your boss wants to know the changes/activities of what your reports disclose during the two hours ( 10 PM - 12 PM ). You can justify my assumption by checking what information is included in the report.

If I were you, I would like to run the reports at sharp 10:00pm and 12:00 pm.
