The meaning of "walk the talk" ?

The expression of "walk the talk" is a buzz word in corporate bull sh*t culture.

It means to do as you say you would do, to be consistent with your words and actions. Another cliche that means the same thing is: practice what you preach. It's the oppsite of being a hypocrite.
