I would re-install everything including the OS.

From what I learned from the past, the best way to clean up virus on from a PC is to wipe out and re-install everything. It saves me time and engergy.

In my case, I use one of the drives only for installing the Windows and softwares. For all data related files, I store them on other drives. If the computer is infected, I can easily re-install the OS & softwares and don't have to do anything on the data
files for they are located on different drives.
