your friends must be very much hornored to have received it as a gift. I wish I could paint, then I know I don't have any patience like yours, much less the talent. If I remembered right, you also did some paitings of the north california seashore some years ago, which were quite stunning too. I like this one better, the warmth and delight of summer is appealing.
